What We Need From You
To get started efficiently, we typically require the following:
- Accountant access to your QuickBooks file(s)
- Last year’s filed tax return
- Business Related Documents and Statements
- Data from legacy or prior accounting systems
- Details about your business structure and entities
- Your goals, priorities, and expectations

Plans and Pricing
Pricing is based on revenue, transaction volume, and operational complexity. All prices listed are starting points and finalized after a short discovery review.
CLEANUP & CATCH-UP WORK
We specialize in bookkeeping and financial reporting and work alongside your CPA or tax advisor when needed.
One-Time Cleanup & Catch-Up Work
If your books are not current or require restructuring, cleanup work is completed before monthly services begin.

- Pricing is based on the condition of the QuickBooks file and available documentation
- Scope and pricing are determined after an initial review
